Portal art fair would like to welcome art lovers of all stripes to the Inaugural Reception of its very first outing at the majestic and historic Federal Hall.
Come out for an unforgettable night of art in one of New York City’s best kept secrets – the spectacular Rotunda, Galleries and Balconies of Federal Hall – where the Bill of Rights was signed and where George Washington was inaugurated. Painting, sculpture, photography, installation, video and sound art will be on display, along with refreshments and music in a monumental, architectural wonder in the heart of Lower Manhattan.

The Governors Island Art Fair, Portal, and all other 4heads programs are managed entirely by artists with the mission of allowing other artists and galleries to present their work as they see fit. It is free to the public and receives thousands of visitors daily.
